About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Enhanced Family Physio, you’ll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on, individualized care. You’ll help carry out treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and track progress—without being overloaded or micromanaged.

Compensation: up to $75,000 annually

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Georgia PTA license (or eligibility)
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a PT
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
  • Educate patients on proper techniques, recovery expectations, and home programs
  • Accurately document patient progress in a timely, insurance-compliant manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized treatment space
  • Contribute positively to a supportive, team-based clinic culture
