About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Enhanced Family Physio, you’ll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on, individualized care. You’ll help carry out treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and track progress—without being overloaded or micromanaged.

Compensation: up to $75,000 annually
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Georgia PTA license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a PT
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Educate patients on proper techniques, recovery expectations, and home programs
- Accurately document patient progress in a timely, insurance-compliant manner
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space
- Contribute positively to a supportive, team-based clinic culture
- Assisting with manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
