Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values compliance, efficiency, and patient-centered care. You’ll collaborate closely with providers and staff to deliver individualized treatment plans while maintaining high standards for documentation and workflow.
Compensation: up to $120,000 per year

Education:
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program or equivalent
- Current Georgia Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Document all sessions in compliance with payer and audit standards
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to clinic initiatives focused on workflow improvement and patient satisfaction
Skills:
- Patient care and education

- Effective time management (maximum of 2 patients per hour)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience (preferred)
- CPR certification
