Compensation

Education:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and support therapists in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfort interacting with patients of all ages
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to lift 25–30 pounds and assist with equipment setup
- Basic understanding of exercise, fitness, or anatomy is helpful
- Previous experience in a physical therapy, chiropractic, or fitness setting is a plus
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatment setup
- Prepare and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and therapy areas
- Greet patients and direct them to appropriate treatment areas
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Restock supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Provide light support to front desk staff as needed
- Follow all clinic safety, HIPAA, and professionalism standards
